Wait Time

Our car will contact you when they are 10 minutes away and then again when they are at your vehicle. We give a leeway of 5 minutes. Any time accumulated after the first 5 minutes is charged at $2.10/per minute. Any stops are charged at $2.10/per minute.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel as soon as you can. Once our car calls with the 10-minute warning, we charge a cancellation fee of $34.65*.

*Out of town pickups will differ with cancellation time. Please inquire about our out of town cancellation policy when booking, if applicable.
